Maitland Baptist Church Pre School & Long Day Care

Long Day Care & Pre School is where pre-school aged children in the community can be cared for while parents are at work. Established in 1995 to support the local community, we can cater for 79 children per day.

We provide a high quality, well supervised care from 6:15am until 6:00pm each day

Our service is licensed and accredited with all relevant government agencies. Childcare Benefit (CCB) is available at our services.

Maitland Baptist Church Out of School Hours Care & Vacation Care

Out of School Hours Care (OOSH) is a service we offer to our local community. It caters mainly for families where parents work and need care for their primary aged children.

MBC established the Ruthford centre in 1988 to support the local community. OOSH has grown to 10 centres spread across the Maitland area. These centres service 21 local schools.

We provide high quality, well supervised care from 6:30am until 6:00pm each day. Our staff deliver and collect children from their schools during terms. We also provide all-day care during school holidays, pupil free days and teacher's strikes.

Our services are accredited with all relevant government agencies. Childcare Benefit (CCB) is available at our services.

Play Centre is for pre-school kids and parents, it operates on Mondays and Tuesdays during school terms from 10:00am to noon in the Out of School Hours Centre (Church Hall). Parents and little ones play, sing, listen to a story and share morning tea. Families interact and form lasting relationships supporting one another through the challenges of parenting small children.  For more information please contact the church office.
