The daily fee from 1 July 2011 is $15.75 less your eligble Child Care Benefit (CCB). Your fee is worked out against a session charge minus CCB.  Your CCB is expressed as a percentage but this is not necessarily a direct % discount against your fee.  The following Formulae is used to calculate fee for 1 child in care:

• Session Fee minus ($3.78 per hour * 3 hours * CCB *85%)

Example

• $15.75 minus ($3.78 per hour * 3 Hours * 50% * 85% = $10.93

Once a booking is made you are liable to pay fees whether your child attends the service or is absent for any reason i.e. sick, holidays, in-service days,school excurisons etc (set school holidays are the exception, these come under "Vacation Care"). 2 weeks notice is required to change a permanent booking. 

• Fees must be paid in advance. 

Fees are due weekly in advance payable on your firts day of care for the week.  Fees can be paid by cash, cheque or Ezi Debit (Ezi Debit is a direct debit system available at all our Centres.  Ezi Debit will direct debit your weekly child care fees from your designated bank account).
